Crossing Death Updates http://www.crossingdeath.com/ C6-35: Swords and Junk http://www.crossingdeath.com/index.php?id=271 The mystery behind Villia and Fillyn's eye markings semi-revealed! If this is what Fillyn can do without her glasses, imagine how dangerous she can be with them. Also, be sure to check the blog spot below for any pertinent Crossing Death news (or subscribe to the RSS)! Comments: Xade: Of course there's a sword in the umbrella. How else does a sophisticated woman defend herself? Ghostrunner: Pretty much. Amanda: Much like real-life battles, these are fairly quick and painless.

C6-34: Saber Rattling http://www.crossingdeath.com/index.php?id=270 About time some real action occurred. Comments: Brogan: Thanks! Xade: The throne was admittedly rushed. Ron: Fillyn at least. Amanda: Thanks again!

C6-33: Foul Play? http://www.crossingdeath.com/index.php?id=269 As you can tell, this page was rather involved compared to previous pages and was the reasoning behind my delay (besides that addition of "Dr." before my name). For those of you who have seen my DeviantArt, you may remember that woman in the last panel (not that "effeminate fop" on the throne). As the dA description said, she would show up in this chapter and I am being true to my word. Comments: Xade: Definitely encouraged. Amanda, Ron: Indeed. Brogan, Kyupol: Thanks!

C6-32: Vengance http://www.crossingdeath.com/index.php?id=268 If you're wondering what this is all about, I refer you back to last chapter. Something tells me Vilia encouraged Reg to do it. In other news, I'm officially starting the beta of the system I use to publish this comic. If you would like to learn more please go to WebcomicsCommunity. Comments: Xade: Because she was drooling on herself. Ghostrunner, Brogan: Glad you like it!

C6-31: Debating the Past http://www.crossingdeath.com/index.php?id=267 I was all set to have this ready for Crossing Death's second anniversary only to realize it was yesterday, not today. Oh well. Anyway, we're going to let Brick...and everyone else get some shut-eye for a while. They've had a long day. Fun fact about bubblecaps: They really like finding random crates full of dress-up stuff. Here's to another happy and healthy year of Crossing Death Comments: Xade: Yep, you're thinking the right way. Ghostrunner: Tough call. Depends on the type of cataclysm. Regardless, Therrans are towards the bottom in survivability though. Brogan: Thanks!

C6-30: The F-Worm (#250) http://www.crossingdeath.com/index.php?id=266 Ze Underground is both a disturbing and beautiful place. Lit up by an abundance of bioluminescent fungi, yet inhabited by an abundance of strange and dangerous creatures. Sydra: The native intelligent species of this region. Evolved from spiders, they are efficient, stealthy killing machines but also know how to utilize their resources. As such, they are actually the most technologically advanced race on Ther'ran. Grand Worm: Massive worms that can eat through stone and crush everything in their path. Most have been domesticated by the Sydra for transportation and construction purposes. Capthulu: The bubblecap of the Underground. While this one seems friendly, it only takes five of them to merge into the dreaded Cap Tyrant. The deadliest creature in the Underground and perhaps all of Ther'ran. All in the Underground fear Capthulus. I hope this bit of knowledge satiated you as Crossing Death finally reaches the 250 page milestone. Comments: Ron: Yes, yes they do. "Therdie" is the only "Th" sound Noir says properly because of Odessa. Amanda: Oh, Brick is definitely being cautious. Wenger: Gotta describe it somehow :p Peipei: Happy to hear that! Xade, Kyupol, Brogan: Thanks!

C6-29: To the Underground http://www.crossingdeath.com/index.php?id=265 I don't know about you, but I think Brick has legitimate cause for fear on this one. Noir wasn't lying about eyes in the back of her head. Also showing up is another important feature of the underground, bioluminescence. It's become one of the major ways of navigation down there, though creatures that rely on other senses fare just as well. For those who don't read Ther'ran Standard, the doodle says "Isis was here!" Comments (Previous comic): Amanda: Maybe. It was really more based on the giant squid that loved cheese from Rocko's Modern Life. Brogan: Nothing wrong with that :p Ron: It does have more than two tentacles. Might be there.
