Isis doesn't know why she's on a hippo, I don't know why she's on a hippo, and this may shed some light, but probably not. Mimicking that background was a pain BTW, but I do like the end result. Besides being the prime substitute for that girl, April Fool's would be the ideal day for a mischievous young goddess like Isis.
